TONI GIMENO'S LECTURES
T he purpose of my lectures is to help participants understand the new reality of the world of talent, and act as a lever to change the way they attract and connect with talent, to get more committed employees.
More than a conference, I design a personalized experience of one to two hours that empowers and motivates the audience to make a change in the way they attract and retain their talent.
These include exercises in self-awareness of what it is like to work in your company; high impact strategies and the reason for each one, making the importance of each concept understood, always nuanced with a great sense of humor; research and data; Inspirational videos: practical advice and many examples and success stories of my own or that I think are relevant to attendees.
